Hi and welcome! I’m Alina, founder of The Equanimity Collective. I’m a graduate-prepared, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing holistic, compassionate care to adults navigating a range of mental health concerns. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity, relationship, or behavioral concerns, I’m here to help.

In a world that can feel transactional, I practice a different kind of psychiatry that recognizes you as a whole human navigating life’s challenges, celebrations, and little moments in between.

Our Approach

  • Deciding whether or not to pursue psychiatry isn’t usually an easy one. Whether you’ve been in psychiatry for years and just want a new approach or are completely new to it, you’re in the right place. The intake process will allow us to explore your needs together in an environment that feels collaborative and empowering.

  • We’ll work together to come up with a plan that best serves you. Treatments include, but are not limited to: psychiatric medication, supportive psychotherapy including discussions about lifestyle & sustainable practices, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, and more, as well as referrals for more specialized therapy, and referrals for Spravato or other evidence-based interventional treatments.

  • Over time, we will continue to provide ongoing support and psychiatric services to ensure continued healing. Circumstances change, needs change, people change. We‘ll be right there with you every step of the way.
